AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY’S
2019 COACHES VS CANCER
Monday, June 17, 2019
Country Club at Castle Pines
Castle Rock, Colorado
Welcome to the 14th Annual American Cancer Society 2019 Coaches vs Cancer Hope Invitational of Denver. Over the past several years, this tournament has raised money to help the American Cancer Society lead the fight for a world without cancer. We cordially invite you to participate in this exciting event and encourage you to register early, as space is limited. Not only will you have fun and enjoy the health benefits from an exciting round of golf, but you’ll also support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives as we continue to fund groundbreaking cancer research, provide free information and critical services for people with cancer who need them, and help people reduce their risk for cancer or find it early when it’s most treatable.
For nearly a century, the American Cancer Society has worked tirelessly to save lives from every cancer, in every community. By taking what we’ve learned through research and turning it into what we do, we have contributed to a 26 percent decrease in the overall cancer death rate between the early 1990s and 2018. That means that we helped avoid about 2.1 million cancer deaths over the past two decades, moving us closer to a world free from this devastating disease.
Take part in a full day’s golf event, offering the best in customer and client entertainment, including exclusive club play at the prestigious Country Club at Castle Pines, a tasty lunch on-course, and ends with a cocktail award reception.
Invite your clients, prospects and top performers to enjoy this memorable day in sunny Colorado!
Meet Chris DiMarco
PGA Tour Champion
American Cancer Society Ambassador
We are thrilled to announce that Chris DiMarco of PGA Tour Champions will host a brief golf clinic and Q&A prior to tee off at this year's Denver Hope Invitational. Afterwards, some lucky golfers will get hands-on tips and tricks on the course as Mr. DiMarco visits a few holes during play.
In addition to being an outstanding golfer, Mr. DiMarco has a heart for the American Cancer Society. He and his family have hosted a golf tournament in Florida for more than two decades, raising millions of dollars for the Society’s mission of saving lives, celebrating lives, and leading the fight for a world without cancer.
In 2017, Mr. DiMarco lost his father to pancreatic cancer. In that same year he accepted a volunteer position as an American Cancer Society Ambassador, helping to share the Society's mission and raise funds to fight this terrible disease.
This is an opportunity you do not want to miss! Join us and reserve your foursome today!
